Questions shop owners ask
Does it work without internet?
Partly, on purpose. When the connection drops, the POS screen keeps scanning products and building orders. Nothing is charged or saved until you are back online, then cashiers complete the orders as usual.
Is the system in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen is available in Arabic and English, and each user can switch with one click.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own POS, you can transfer stock between branches, and the owner portal shows all of them together.
Is it suitable for pharmacies?
Yes. Track expiry dates per product, search by name or barcode, and keep purchase orders and supplier returns in one place.
What hardware do I need?
Any PC, tablet or phone with a web browser. USB barcode scanners, receipt printers and ZKTeco fingerprint devices work with it.
Where is my data kept?
Each shop gets its own separate database on our servers, and only the accounts you create can sign in.
How do I pay?
With InstaPay. Create your account, choose how many months to pay for and send the amount with InstaPay. Then send the receipt screenshot and your payment code to our WhatsApp, and the payment is confirmed automatically.
How fast is my shop ready?
Usually within minutes. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your shop is created automatically and we send you its address on WhatsApp. Sign in with the username admin and your account password.
